Item never shipped, and no response from the seller. Received refund through etsy. Disappointing- the item looked cool af

I haven't received the item and it's been over a month (at least)? I've seen neither hide nor hair of the seller and have tried to contact them.

Item never received. The seller never communicated with me or answered any questions or concerns I had. Had to get a refund through Etsy after months of waiting.

W/o a doubt exceeded my expectations which were already quite high! very impressed with this. All-round solid print of both symbols and even includes an interchangeable clip or pendant chain.

When I first initially placed my order for this necklace it said I would get it early April ( I placed the order at the end of March). I was super stoked for the necklace but noticed that there wasn't an update on the shipping days after the predicted shipping on Etsy. I contacted the owner through email and didn't hear anything for days. I understand if the shipping times aren't accurate as to when you placed the order I just wanted to know what was going on. After not hearing anything, I tried again through Etsy message and didn't hear anything in days. It got to the point where I went to Etsy because I had no idea on the status of my item or what was happening. I eventually heard back from the owner who refunded me and got my item (which is beautiful) but it was the lack of communication for days that was just off-putting.
